Mantenplan is cloud CMMS software, in Spanish, English and French, designed for companies that provide maintenance services and for industrial maintenance and facility management departments. It includes: assets and locations, work orders, preventive maintenance by calendar or meter, a technician app with offline mode, sensors with rules and alarms, inventory and purchasing, quotes, invoices and contracts with SLAs, clocking and timesheets, indicators (MTBF, response times, costs) and profitability per job. It does not include accounting, payroll, Verifactu/TicketBAI or automatic reading of supplier invoices.
